HOTEL HELL Do NOT stay here!!! BEDBUGS!!!! Right away we had trouble checking in the guy at the desk charged my sister's card without permission after she told him she was paying cash. He tried to refuse her a refund because it was policy he even tried blaming it on expedia saying they had charged it. He argued with us about everything and refused to give us manager's name. My mother's room was covered in Asian beetles and when I told the front desk all he said was ok I said no i want them cleared and removed from the room. The beds were stained towels disgusting and pillows yellow. The second night I found a bed bug crawling across my pillow I saved it in a Ziploc for proof. The next morning I let the front desk know what I found and that we had bites all over us . The woman said why didn't you say something last night. I was floored that she was arguing with me. I said because it was 3am and no one was at the front desk and I have my whole family here. I can't just pack up and take off on a 3hr trip home. These people do not know how to run a hotel and never offered a refund. No it wasn't me twice you moron it was my sister who complained as well. I just saw a picture from my family who lives in chetek with all the bug infested mattresses sitting out in parking lot. Learn how to run a business and how to speak to customers.
